Our hero, an ex- cop from Beverly Hills, California has turned vigilante. He's been self dispatched to Waco, Texas where cult sympathizers infest the streets. The big payoff is at the end, where he successfully bribes Scientologists into absorbing the protesters as their own, and shows the locals how a silver spoon and purchasing power can buy justice in just about any town.
